Once the reservation has been booked online, a confirmation email will be sent with all the corresponding information about the booking.
If you want to change the date of your reservation or the number of diners, your request will be attended as long as it is done within a before your booking, and always if there are places available. You can also manage this matter by telephone.
We inform you that some days in advance of your reservation, you will receive an email as well as a sms which offers the possibility to reconfirm or cancel your booking by clicking the links enabled for this purpose, if there were.
Just once you have reconfirmed your booking by email or sms, your reservation will be completely booked.
If you prefer, you can carry out your confirmation by calling the restaurant telephone before the date of your booking.
In case of lack of attendance of the diners without prior notice or cancellation within a minimum of hours before the booking, the restaurant will proceed to charge the corresponding amount per person, in case the reservation has a cancellation policy associated.
For this reason, in the moment the reservation is being done, and with the purpose of guaranteeing it, a credit card details will be request.
